The Great Information Factory, Inc. (TGIF) has specialized in Information Solutions for Transportation for over 25 years. TGIF Software was started in 1984 as a result of industry demand for an Information System that encompassed all the needs of small to medium Carriers. Working as the Information System Manager and Controller for a Major California LTL Carrier, Steve Cummings used his inside knowledge of the LTL Transportaion Industry to author a system for that carrier. Primarily by word of mouth other carriers learned of the benefits of this unique, user friendly system and prevailed on the carrier and Steve Cummings to make the software available to the industry.

From the start TGIF's TransFormation has been a work in progress, striving to be a solution on the leading edge of Tecnology. Constant improvement in both the software and our service is our goal.
